2) Create a Garden (Stake)

Pick a pool: Interior / Exterior / Greenhouse.

Deposit 1 Land + 1 Gardener + required Seeds.

Accessories (Interior only): add them at stake time (not later).

Choose a duration: 30 / 90 / 180 / 365 days.

3) Watering Window & Rules

Manual watering window:

Opens after 48h and stays open until 72h since the last watering.

The water button is clickable only when status is WINDOW_OK.

APR impact (manual mode):

Starts at 20%; each on-time watering (inside the window) gives +1% (up to 35%).

Late: APR drops back to 20%, then −1% every additional 72h late.

Fees: manual fee 0.08% of garden USD value (paid in WH2O).

Auto-water (optional): one-time activation fee 10% (WH2O), APR locked at 25%, no more windows.

4) When Rewards Start

Rewards start at your first successful watering (or immediately when you activate Auto).

Before that first watering/activation, no rewards accrue.

5) Claim (at the end)

When Ends at has passed, press Claim:

You receive your rewards in POL and your NFTs back (Land, Gardener, Accessories).

6) Unstake (before the end)

Unstake returns your NFTs immediately, but you forfeit all rewards (no payout).

Use only if you want to exit before the chosen period ends.

7) Why buttons can be disabled

TOO_SOON / LATE: outside the window → water disabled.

AUTO active: manual water is not allowed.

Not yet at end date: claim disabled.

WH2O allowance/balance too low: do Approve or top up WH2O.

8) Numbers at a Glance

Manual APR: 20% base → +1% per on-time watering (max 35%); late = back to 20%, then −1% per extra 72h.

Auto APR: 25% fixed.

Manual fee: 0.08% (WH2O). Auto activation fee: 10% (WH2O).

NFTs: returned at Claim (at end) or Unstake (early, no rewards).

Once a land is acquired, it gets “locked” onto the map of Canna Girl World. This means the land will have a fixed position in the universe and will be visible on the map, with the owner’s username displayed. This system creates a true dynamic of ownership and visibility in the virtual world, where each land becomes a unique and important space.

2. Cultivators and Producers on the Lands

Cultivators and producers (whether cannabis growers or other types of entrepreneurs) will be able to display their brand and products directly on their land. For example, a cannabis grower could place a sign on their virtual land with their brand name, products, and even details about their activities. This creates a living commercial ecosystem where each actor can promote their products and services within the virtual world.

3. Visibility Based on Land Size

The larger the land, the more prominently it will appear on the Canna Girl World map. A larger land will be displayed in a larger size, making it more visible and attracting more attention. Thus, the size of your land will determine its visibility and notoriety within the ecosystem.

4. Cumulative and Customizable NFTs

The NFTs in Canna Girl World are not just collectible items—they can also be combined and customized to further personalize your lands. For example, landowners can add decorative elements from the Canna Girl Accessories collection (exclusive accessories) to beautify their land. These accessories can be used to personalize the appearance of your land, incorporating elements such as plants, billboards, or structures. This allows each owner to customize their space, adding a creative and personal dimension.

5. Interaction with Brands and Manufacturers

Brands and manufacturers will also have the opportunity to place banners or advertisements on the lands, allowing them to promote their products within the metaverse. For example, these brands could display their merchandise or exclusive items while directly interacting with cultivators and other economic players in the Canna Girl World. The addition of brands and producers strengthens the economic and commercial aspect of the metaverse, opening up new opportunities for creators and businesses.
